Terms & Conditions

  1. No Show fee
    A fee of HKD $50 will be charged to your account for bookings which are not attended or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
     
  2. On-line booking for Vaccination and Revisit only
    At this moment, we only accept vaccination and revisit of clients via online booking system.For other bookings, please call us on 3650 3000.
     
  3. On-line bookings are not available for referral or second opinion
    Cases for referral or seeking for second opinion cannot be booked through this on-line booking system at this stage.  If your appointment falls into this category, please cancel the booking and call 36503000 for an appointment to be made by a customer services officer. Referral or second opinion appointments made through these means will be cancelled.
     
  4. Not for emergencies
    This online booking system is not targeted for any healthcare emergencies. If a client requires emergency service, please contact us on 36503000 directly.
     
  5. Consultation fee
    Consultation fees and duration may vary according to the qualifications of the Veterinarian.
     
  6. Vaccination
    If your booking is for routine vaccinations or rabies for the first time, you must bring along the pet’s vaccination record or the rabies license issued by the AFCD on the day of the appointment.
     
  7. Appointment timeslots available
    Online booking system can be used 7 days a week & 24 hours a day. You can make an appointment up to 14 days in advance, however same day appointments cannot be booked. The available timeslots are from 10:00am-12:30pm and 2:30pm-5:00pm only.
     
  8. Data integrity
    If the appointment information is incorrect or insufficient, the appointment may be automatically deleted from the system without further notice.
     
  9. Email Reminder
    When an appointment is made, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided immediately. And an email reminder will be sent by you 48 hours before the appointment.
     
  10. Cancellation and Rescheduling
    If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please make changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
     
  11. Weather event suspension
    When Typhoon Signal 8 or above or black rainstorm is hoisted, we provide emergency services only.  All routine appointments will be automatically cancelled without further notice.  Should you have any question on the typhoon arrangements, please call us on 36503000.
