A primary contact person must be designated for each patient. Information about the patient will be communicated solely to the primary recipient. This person is responsible for sharing this information to other family members and friends. The primary contact person must provide a phone number where he or she can be reached.
When an animal's treatment is complete and the veterinarian in charge of your pet's treatment decides your pet is ready to be discharged, you will be contacted to make discharge arrangements. Discharges before 7:00pm incur no charge, however any requests for discharge after 7:00pm will be subject to a $150 late discharge fee.
